A funeral should be a celebration of life, not a regretful event. At My Story we help celebrate the life of the deceased person by creating powerful movies incorporating pictures, on-camera thoughts and wisdom (by the deceased person or by family and friends), and other scenes from video shot by family members.
“We were so grateful that My Story captured my 92 year-old grandmother’s memories. We videotaped her 4 weeks before her passing. We didn’t know she was terminal. In retrospect, I can tell you that her funeral was a joyous occassion. Next to her coffin was a big screen presentation of her speaking with us, scolding us, honoring us, making us laugh and of course, making us cry. And each member got a copy of the movie.”
